Rats under house is very big problem and it multiply so fast and damage ducts work for air conditioning and chewing the electrical wires we are so glad for Tim effective methods and almost saved our house and our lives if electric wires had short circuit and burns the house in minutes
Family- only thing I say in his family that his daughter thinks dad is broke so she gave him a title broke dad which now a days girls can be very demanding and expensive but no matter he is reasonable to his customers and bring the result to customers satisfaction

If I could give six stars then I would! I called Tim about an issue that I was having at a rental condo. He not only called me back immediately but was at the condo within the hours. He took care of the problem, gave me very valuable feedback and charged an extremely reasonable price.
