Words cannot describe the dedication and professionalism of Mr. Lassiter and his very skilled assistant! We called late afternoon and explained that there was a squirrel stuck in the microwave vent. They came out quickly and saved the little squirrel! On top if that, they lovingly released the squirrel out in nature! Truly compassionate and skilled! Absolutely fantastic family and business! Tim went above and beyond taking care of our house while we lived in Panama City and was always just a call away. We never once worried because we knew our home was in great hands. Any issue that popped up was quickly tracked down and fixed with care and professionalism. Could not recommend him more—if only he serviced a bit further north!
